Another Chi Town Visit

Good ol' Chicago...we have made several visits this summer!  Our last visit was a lot of fun.  Jenna got to see Cori and Gwen.  Check out the Lil' Kickers pro Gwen at soccer practice.  She will be a big sister soon...Cori is expecting daughter #2 and Future Hawkeye!

Also got to see lots of college friends at Dave and Nicole's wedding!

Out with the Old, In with the New

Our 1925 house got a face-lift!  Over the last two weeks our house has been a construction zone!  We tore off the old brown cedar shake and put up siding and hardi shake.  With all new windows and new exterior our house has fresh new look!

We co-hosted a party for our great friends David and Liz on Friday.  Check out the picks of us partying into the night with a fish fry and all the home fixin's!  Dave and Liz get married in October in DC and Riley and I can't wait to return to our old stomping grounds to celebrate their wedding weekend!

A trip to see the Mommy to be

I visited Samantha this past weekend in Minneapolis!  She and Scott are expecting a baby boy in October!  We had tons of fun shopping, eating and shopping some more...the pregnant lady wore me out!  Great to see you Sam!

Splish Splash Summer Fun

We spent Saturday hanging out at Uncle Nick's pool!  A little Bocce ball, pool fun and BBQ- Great way to celebrate summer!

Chicago Girls Weekend

To celebrate completing the ironman I met my girls in Chicago for a long weekend!  Took in great food, shopping, a Kings of Leon concert and most importantly time with my best friends!

We visited Courtney and Justin over 4th of July weekend!  Hiked Estes Park area and instead of panning of gold, Courtney came out of the park with a sparkly engagement ring!  Congratulations Justin and Courtney!
